Mrs. Pavlina Lozanova, Secretary of the PABSEC Legal and Political Affairs Committee, participated in the Joint Meeting of the BSEC Working Group on Cooperation in Combating Crime, in Particular in its Organized Forms, and the Network of the Liaison Officers was held online, on 7 December 2020.
Joint Meeting of the Standing Committees of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation and the Baltic Sea Parliamentary Conference was held online on 2 December 2020. During the meeting, the following topics were discussed: “Democracy and the COVID-19 Pandemic” and “Safeguarding Our Seas; Climate Change and Biodiversity”. The meeting was attended by the parliamentarians from the PABSEC and the BSPC, as well as experts from international organizations.

Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General took part in the 42nd Meeting of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the BSEC Member States, which took place online on 27 November 2020.
On 26 November 2020, Mr. Fuat KÜÇÜKAYDIN, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General in charge of Administrative and Financial Matters, took part in the Meeting of the BSEC Committee of Senior Officials, which was organized in the format of a videoconference.
The 56th Plenary Session of the PABSEC General Assembly was held online on 24 November 2020. The national delegations of Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, the Republic of Moldova, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine took part in it. The Representatives of the Romanian BSEC Chairmanship-in-Office and the BSEC Permanent International Secretariat also attended the Session.
The Meetings of the Bureau of the Assembly and the Standing Committee were held online on 24 November. The 63rd Meeting of the Bureau of the Assembly was chaired by Mr. Constantine Tassoulas, PABSEC President, Chairman of the Hellenic Parliament. The 56th Meeting of the PABSEC Standing Committee was chaired by Mr. Simeon Kedikoglou, PABSEC Vice-President (Greece).

Mr. Miltiadis Makrygiannis, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General, attended the webinar entitled “Transport in the Balkan and Black Sea region”, co-organised by the CPMR Balkan and Black Sea Commission (CPMR BBSC), the International Centre for Black Sea Studies (ICBSS) and the Hellenic Institute of Transport of the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (HIT CERTH), on 19 November 2020.
