The 63rd Meeting of the PABSEC Committee on Social and Humanitarian Policy was held in Istanbul (Türkiye) on 17 October 2024 upon the invitation of the PABSEC International Secretariat. The Meeting was attended by the national delegations of Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Romania, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine.

The International Black Sea – Rize-Ayder Forum on “Logistics and Transport in the Black Sea Region” was held in Rize and Ayder on 28-29 September 2024. The Forum was attended by Mr. Irakli Mezurnishvili, Head of the PABSEC Georgian Delegation, Mr. Ramaz Nikolaishvili, PABSEC Vice-President, member of the PABSEC Georgian delegation, Ms. Blagica Lasovska, Head of the PABSEC Delegation of the Republic of North Macedonia, Mr. George Siscu, member of the PABSEC Romanian delegation, Mr. Fatih Donmez, PABSEC Vice-President, Head of the PABSEC Turkish Delegation, Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, and the members of the PABSEC International Secretariat.
On 30 September 2024, Member of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye from Istanbul from Justice and Development Party visited the PABSEC International Secretariat and met with Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General.

On 3-5 September 2024, Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, participated in the 33rd Economic Forum in Karpacz, Poland, dedicated to the topic “Time of New Leaders – Shaping the Future Together”.
