The 66th Meeting of the PABSEC Committee on Social and Humanitarian Policy was held in Tirana (Republic of Albania) on 4 March 2026, upon the invitation of theParliament of the Republic of Albania.
On 3 March 2026, on the margins of the Meeting of the Committee on Social and Humanitarian Policy, the PABSEC Secretary General, Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, held a meeting with H.E. Mr. Niko Peleshi, Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Albania.

On 18 February 2026, Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, paid a working visit to the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS) in Sofia and met with Prof. Evelina Slavcheva, President of the BAS.
On 17 February 2026, Mr. Akhtem Chiygoz and Mr. Mustafa Dzhemiliev, members of the PABSEC Ukrainian Delegation, paid a visit to the PABSEC International Secretariat and met with Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General.
On 16 February 2026, Mr. Borys Kolisnychenko, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General, participated in the online meeting of the BSEC-URTA Working Party on Digitalization.
The meeting of the Draft Budget and Auditing Commission was held at the PABSEC International Secretariat on 16 February 2026.
The PABSEC Delegation, composed of Mr. Nazim Mavis, Member of the PABSEC Turkish delegation and Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, took part in the Annual IPU 2026 Parliamentary Hearing, held on 12–13 February 2026 at the United Nations Headquarters in New York.
