On 24–25 October 2026, a PABSEC delegation composed of Ms. Sofia Voultepsi, PABSEC Vice-President and Head of the PABSEC Hellenic delegation, Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, and Ms. Pavlina Lozanova, Adviser to the PABSEC Secretary General – Press Secretary, participated in the observation of the presidential elections in the Republic of Bulgaria.
On 24 October 2026, Ms. Valentina Cobzareanu, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General, participated in the 48th Meeting of the General Assembly of the Union of Road Transport Associations of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC-URTA), held at TOBB Istanbul Plaza in Istanbul, Türkiye. The meeting marked the Organisation’s 25th anniversary.
On 19–20 October 2026, Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, participated in the 15th Plenary Session of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic States (TURKPA), held in Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic, and organised by the Jogorku Kenesh (Parliament) of the Kyrgyz Republic.
On 20 October 2026, Mr. Borys Kolisnychenko, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General, participated in the online Meeting of the BSEC Committee of Senior Officials.
