Visit of Prof. Dr. Kenan Aydin, Dean of Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Yıldız Technical University, to the PABSEC International Secretariat, Istanbul, 10 October 2019
On 10 October 2019, Prof. Dr. Kenan Aydin, Dean of Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Yıldız Technical University and Mr. Arif Eksi, General Coordinator of the Confederation of Bureaucrats and Workers (TUMBIFED), visited the PABSEC International Secretariat and met with Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General.
During the conversation, the PABSEC Secretary General informed the guests about the current and future activities of the Assembly and emphasized the importance of cooperation with educational institutions. The Secretary General expressed his intention to enhance cooperation in the field of education, science and scientific research and to multiply joint events organised together with the educational establishments and research centres. He stressed that the Parliamentary Assembly is contributing to the strengthening of multilateral cooperation in the framework of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation and expressed interest in organizing a joint event with the Yıldız Technical University and its research centres.
Prof. Dr. Kenan Aydin informed the Secretary General about the current activities and projects implemented by the Yıldız Technical University and its research centres and supported the idea of holding a joint event under the auspices of the PABSEC in the near future. He wished the PABSEC success in its activities.
Mr. Fuat Kucukaydin, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General, and Mr. Ali Ustundag, Administrator of the PABSEC International Secretariat, also participated in the Meeting.
