Visit of Mr. Laszlo Keller, Consul General of Hungary to Istanbul, to the PABSEC International Secretariat, Istanbul, 12 February 2020
On 12 February 2020, Mr. Laszlo Keller, Consul General of Hungary to Istanbul, visited the PABSEC International Secretariat and met with Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General.
In the framework of this meeting, the Secretary General provided a brief information on the PABSEC, on its structure and activities. It was stressed that Hungary has the Observer Status in the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) and that it is possible to discuss the issue of granting the observer status to the Parliament of Hungary to the PABSEC. The Consul General expressed the hope for enhancing the cooperation between the PABSEC and the Parliament of Hungary.
It was agreed to exchange the delegations between the PABSEC and the Parliament of Hungary. The PABSEC Secretary General invited the delegation of the Parliament of Hungary to the PABSEC Headquarters in Istanbul for further negotiations.
