Visit of Mr. Kosta Bajraba, Head of the Cabinet of the Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Albania, to the PABSEC International Secretariat, Istanbul, 30 April 2024
On 30 April 2024, Mr. Kosta Bajraba, Head of the Cabinet of the Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Albania, visited the PABSEC International Secretariat and met with Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General.
The PABSEC Secretary General welcomed the guest to Istanbul and thanked him for his assistance in organisation of the PABSEC General Assembly in Tirana on 13-15 May 2024. Mr. A. Hajiyev noted the importance of the contribution of the Parliament of the Republic of Albania and the Albanian PABSEC delegation to the in strengthening inter-parliamentary cooperation in the Wider Black Sea Region.
It was noted that the coincidence of the Presidencies of the Republic of Albania in the BSEC and the PABSEC will be a good incentive for discussing a wide range of topical issues in the region, as well as coordination and synchronization of work plans. Also the organisational details of the preparatory work for the 63rd PABSEC General Assembly, which will be held in Tirana on 13-15 May 2024 were also discussed.
