Participation of the PABSEC International Secretariat, in the Coordination Meeting of the Moldovan BSEC Chairmanship-in-Office with the BSEC Committee of Senior Officials, BSEC Related Bodies and the BSEC PERMIS, 25 January 2022
Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, and Mr. Miltiadis Makrigyannis, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General, participated in the Coordination Meeting of the Moldovan BSEC Chairmanship-in-Office with the BSEC Committee of Senior Officials, BSEC Related Bodies and the BSEC Permanent International Secretariat, which took place online, on 25 January 2022.
The Meeting was chaired by Ms. Gabriela Moraru, Representative of the Moldovan BSEC Chairmanship-in-Office, Head of the Regional Cooperation Unit of the European Integration Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova.
Mr. Vladimir Cuc, State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova, presented to the representatives of the BSEC Member States, BSEC-Related Bodies, Observers and Sectoral Dialogue Partners, the priorities of the Moldovan BSEC Chairmanship-in-Office (1 January - 30 June 2022), under the motto “30 Years of BSEC”.
Representatives of the PABSEC, the BSEC Business Council, the Black Sea Trade and Development Bank and the International Centre for Black Sea Studies informed the participants about the current and future activities of their organizations.
In his speech, the PABSEC Secretary General briefly informed the participants about the activities of the Assembly in the first half of 2022 and invited the colleagues to take part in the special online meeting of the Standing Committee, on the occasion of the 29th Anniversary of the PABSEC, on 28 February 2022.
