Participation of Mr. Daniel Dulca, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General, in the 14th Meeting of the Ad Hoc Working Group of Experts on BSEC-EU Interaction, Istanbul, 27 April 2018
Mr. Daniel Dulca, the Deputy Secretary General of the PABSEC, participated in the 14th Meeting of the Ad Hoc Working Group of Experts on BSEC-EU Interaction, held in Istanbul, at the BSEC Headquarters, on 27 April 2018.
The Meeting was chaired by Mr. Arsen Avagyan, Permanent Representative of the Republic of Armenia to the Organization of the BSEC and it was attended by the representatives of the Republic of Armenia, Republic of Azerbaijan, Republic of Bulgaria, Hellenic Republic, Romania, Russian Federation, Republic of Serbia, Republic of Turkey and Ukraine.
The Meeting was attended by: the representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) and of the International Centre for Black Sea Studies (ICBSS), as BSEC Related Bodies; the Republic of Austria, the Arab Republic of Egypt and the European Commission, as BSEC Observers; the representative of the “Facility for Blue Growth in the Black Sea” as a Guest.
During the meeting, there were discussions on the possibility to organize a high-level event/conference in Brussels, in the first semester of 2019 and an exchange of views regarding the mutual beneficial cooperation between the organizations on the implementation of different common projects.
Mr. Daniel DULCA, PABSEC Deputy Secretary General, informed the participants on the PABSEC’s recent and forthcoming activities.
