Meeting of the Draft Budget and Auditing Commission, Istanbul, 14 February 2020
On 14 February 2020, the meeting of the Draft Budget and Auditing Commission was held at the PABSEC International Secretariat.
In accordance with the decision of the 54th PABSEC General Assembly in Sofia on 20-21 November 2019, the Draft Budget and Auditing Commission was formed in the following composition: Ms. Violeta Ivanov, PABSEC Vice-President and Head of the PABSEC Moldovan Delegation, Mrs. Katarina Rakic, Member of the PABSEC Serbian Delegation and Mr. Cemal Ozturk, Head of the PABSEC Turkish Delegation. Mr. Igor Becic, PABSEC Vice-President in charge of Financial Matters and the Head of the Serbian PABSEC delegation, also participated in the work of the Commission. Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, Mr. Fuat Kucukaydin, Deputy Secretary General in charge of Administration and Financial Matters, Ms. Sibel Sipahioglu Accountant Officer and Mr. Ali Ustundag, Administrative Officer of the PABSEC International Secretariat.
The members of the Commission discussed the implementation of the PABSEC budget in 2019 and adopted the Auditing Report. Taking into account the budget execution in 2019 and the international activities of the Assembly, the Draft Budget and Auditing Commission also prepared the draft Budget for the 2021 financial year, which will be submitted to the Meeting of the Standing Committee in the framework of the 55th General Assembly in Georgia in June 2020.
