Meeting of Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, with the Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Albania, Tirana, 10 May 2024
On 10 May 2024, within the framework of the 63rd General Assembly in Tirana, Mr. Asaf Hajiyev, PABSEC Secretary General, met with Ms. Lindita Nikolla, PABSEC President, Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Albania.
The PABSEC Secretary General thanked the Speaker of the Parliament for the successful Presidency and the excellent organization by the Albanian Parliament of the PABSEC General Assembly within the framework of the Albanian PABSEC Presidency. He emphasized the constructive contribution of the delegation of the Parliament of the Republic of Albania to the activities of the PABSEC. The Secretary General discussed the details of the meetings of the Bureau of the Assembly and the Standing Committee and presented information on the work of the PABSEC committees.
The PABSEC President, Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Albania noted the importance of strengthening interparliamentary cooperation within the PABSEC framework and emphasized that the Parliament of the Republic of Albania is doing its best to hold the General Assembly at the highest possible level.
The Meeting was attended by Mr. Kosta Bajraba, Head of the Cabinet of the Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Albania.
