The Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation condemns the terrorist attack in Saint Petersburg on 3 April 2017

The Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation and its International Secretariat condemn the terrorist attack that took place in Saint Petersburg, which claimed the lives of innocent people and many others are in critical condition.

We express our deep sorrow and sympathy to the Russian people and to those who have lost their family members, friends and colleagues, in this terrible event.
